On a recent corporate retreat at Tapestry, Nottingham, the business amenities were notably lacking. the breakfast room was uninviting, and the absence of a business center made remote work challenging. While the indoor pool and gym were adequate, the slow elevators hindered efficiency. the lack of free Wi-Fi in public areas was a major drawback for a working traveler. the paid parking was an unwelcome surprise, and the 24-hour reception staff seemed indifferent. the restaurant was decent, but the bar/lounge lacked a professional ambiance. However, the meeting rooms were well-equipped, and the luggage storage was convenient. the flat-screen TV and refrigerator in the room were appreciated for downtime. the express check-in/out was a time-saving feature, and the air conditioning in public areas was refreshing. Tapestry has potential but falls short for business travelers.
